Shadow 750 is a good beginner bike, can’t go wrong with Honda, but that’s way too much. That’s only a few hundred less than I paid for my 05 vxt1800 and it was in flawless condition. Reply

A really good machine, but it just doesn't give the power and performance that I'd like. I figured an upgrade to an 1100 might be the next logical step. The Kawasaki 900, Suzuki Boulevard M50 and C50 (custom and classic style 800cc bikes respectively), and Honda Shadow 750 are all generally well rated as beginners bikes- they are a decent size but with handling characteristics that are very well suited for new riders. At the 1100cc size, be careful. The Shadow is a versatile bike friendly for beginner and advanced riders. The Shadow 750 was the first bike I’ve owned, and I think there are many reasons why the Honda Shadow 750 is a great beginner bike. First we’ll have to discuss what makes a good beginner bike.4324 posts · Joined 2019. #4 · May 8, 2020. Temp sensor is probably shorted to ground or someone rigged a manual switch. Pretty sure the headlight should go out when start button is pressed. both go through the button, allowing it to kill the headlight so more starting power is available. I just rode two motorcycles with fork gaiters within a one-week period. Nooo, they weren’t vintage 2-stroke MXers. Both were 2024 models, street bikes, cruisers at that. The first was Kawasaki’s new Eliminator, and the second was Honda’s reworked (I refuse to use “updated” and “fork gaiters” in the same paragraph) Shadow Phantom.
This bike really surprised me. It was easier to ride than the 250 bikes they had on the MSF course. I recommend this as a starter bike for larger people. I wanted the 600 but was afraid that I might want to upgrade later and boy, am I happy I got the 750. It has good power for freeway driving but the power is totally controllable.
AT with DCT is well managable bike. All you need is a good Start up to learn and handle the bike! Do not go with it directly into traffic jam or highway! 1 week of learning is more that enough to learn the handling of the best biks in the world there is! Bying sub 750 will result extra costa after a year once you will feel ready for AT. The Vulcan 900s have almost 50 hp and 58 lb/ft of torque. My Ninja 500 has 55 hp and 30 lb/ft of torque. Those cruisers are pretty weak and mild, you will only have problems maneuvering them at parking lot speeds (like almost all motorcycles anyway!). 1. 2rgp5Ir.
